The rooms were very comfortable from beds to showers. Pillows were an odd square shape but ok. Breakfast was good. Folks in other reviews said the man was mean. I didn't get that from him. He was fine an kind. You get what you give in respect. No complaints.

Room was recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. Parking lot had security cameras and felt safe. Breakfast was basic and ok.

The room was clean,bed comfy, but it seems to take forever to get hot water for the shower and the sink.. the room keys worked good this trip. I still like the old style metal keys better tho. I loved that the guy helped fine my phone. By calling it while searched my truck and it was there.

Location and staff were excellent! Driving from Houston to the location of the hotel in Oklahoma City was not difficult using my Google maps and had no problems staying at the hotel. Daniel ( front lobby staff ) greeted me when I arrived and felt at ease staying in the hotel. The facility provided the basic needs a guest like myself to stay comfortably in the hotel. Breakfast was also good and no complaints.

My room was located in the back and had a fenced off area for the parking lot which made for low foot traffic in a high foot traffic area of the city super plus for that! And the staff was friendly and engaging sometimes motel staff can be cold and robotic and I didn’t get that from this location also there was a balcony door I stayed on the bottom floor and it made it convenient to just run to my car or just chill when it rained or just let the morning light in I enjoyed that also there is a $50 deposit with a card and $100 cash just a heads up

Check in is quick. Howard Johnson is placed conveniently between access to highways, restaurants, and downtown. Also, breakfast. Howard Johnson competes with Denny's grandslams and Saddle back inn. All great places to eat breakfast. I can't say enough good about The Howard Johnson. I travel allot and stay at quiet a few Hotels. 2 star to 5 star facilities. It's better than a $650 room at the Marriott in Dallas/FtWorth. Front desk and management are exceptional.

We enjoyed the stay for a couple of reasons. The room was spacious and seemed to be clean. We had a fridge and a microwave. There was also a patio facing the pool area where we enjoyed a drink after putting our son to bed. The breakfast in the morning was great, too.

It was terrible checking in the lady at the front was super unprofessional and very rude in various ways she first charged the wrong amount then tried to charge me again for a different amount even tho it was her mistake charging my card incorrectly. She then took her time to get our room keys room was not ready even tho check in said 2 and I checked in at 4/5 pm

Right from the get go, the young lady at reception was helpful, efficient and friendly. The rooms, while worn, were clean and smelled great. Plus, they were very affordable, a real value. The beds were super soft and the pillows were comfortable. Finally the complimentary breakfast was well stocked with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, all well made and delicious. If I am ever passing through OKC again, I'll be booking into the Howard Johnson's

I like the location, free breakfast and the price. The location is close to downtown Oklahoma about eight minutes away. There are many restaurants close by to purchase food. The price was $50 plus tax per night and the room was clean. We have a friend who is renting a room at the same price in the area and he was shocked about the cleanliness of the hotel. He said for the price it is a steal.
